Preston is very professional and did an amazing job. Left feeling relief from severe upper trap and lowback/hip tightness and pain, and had a plan of action to keep working towards continued relief and recovery.

I have had multiple Massages here and since starting I no longer have tension headaches every day. He uses different techniques depending on the issues you are having. He listens to your concerns and focuses on those spots. It’s nice to have someone who understands the anatomy of your problems and not only be able to treat those issues but also explain it to you. I felt very relaxed & would reccomend to anyone who is looking to destress or relieve muscle tension they are having!
